‘Aumakua Pueo

Cliff jumping. Very Hawaiian. Most people that don’t live here may not know that there are indigenous owls living in Hawaii (look at a map of the Pacific ocean and try to figure that one out). Pueo is the Hawaiian word for Owl and it is considered the ‘Aumakua of Divine Guidance. Of course if I were making a comic book based on ‘aumakua spirits giving powers to hosts, that host should be able to fly.

Print #5 of 5. Just need to scramble up some display stands and get these to the Honolulu Zoo to see if anyone will buy them. If you can’t swing by Honolulu this Sunday you can throw some Steem my way.

Made using Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Print size is 10″ x 8″ at 300 dpi (sample above is 96 dpi). Or is it 8″ x 10″, which comes first the horizontal or vertical?

I dunno, have a gif.
