So according to D&D lore a Rakshasa is a magical, malevolent creature. They have humanoid forms but resemble beasts such as tigers. They cast spells–particularly illusions, are highly magic-resistant, intelligent, and can shape change. Although their palms are on the backs of their hands in whatever form they take. So… yeah.
