Daredevil QuickPaint

Taking a break from superheroines… well, at least for today. Just started scribbling a guy carrying two sticks. Hadn’t decided until 30 seconds in if it was going to be Daredevil or Nightwing. DD wins.

Actually screwed up and forgot to create a new layer to separate the rough draft pencils from the ink layer. Took it as an opportunity to see what happens when you use the Clip Studio Paint Colorize feature using a reference layer that has some shading already in it. I was hoping for more gradations of red, but alas there wasn’t a lot of it. So went in later and scribbled all over it with a cross-hatching brush to add some shadows, some definition and some filler to the background.
