Forgot to put the “Meanwhile in Chun Kam” at the top of panel 1, but I think you guys can probably figure it out.
So, I was originally going to post this without any thought bubbles. Just to show the difference between Kickman fighting bad guys and Generic Kung-Fu Superhero Sidekick fighting bad guys. Sidekick Matt is super tactical and methodical, while Kickman just operates off skill, instinct, and of course super powers. So this was just going to be a 6 panel action sequence of Kickman killing 1 vampire, and even though the original chopstick idea failed, he is still able to improvise and overcome. But, I’m not terribly confident that the scene would have been that clear about what’s going on, especially since Blue Shirt isn’t even visible in panel 2 and 3, so I decided to let Kickman narrate internally. Also, that led to his homophobic self-burn.
