Ho-kay. I think I’m done with this image. Gearing up for some prints to sell at Aloha Con in February. I think I’m done tinkering with this one. Unfortunately for these “oil painting” style drawings I’ve been doing, I don’t have any real process photos to show along the way. Too much of it is just shoving paint along the canvas on the same layer. I like the look so far, and I’m on my way to pick up the first sample prints in about a half hour. Excited to see what it looks like as an 8×10 lustre print.
Painting was done in Clip Studio Paint using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Image is 8×10 inch at 300 dpi. (well, this one was reduced to 96 dpi before uploading to save bandwidth and to make pirated prints look like fuzzy crap).
