Taking a break from comedy for a day to sketch this out. Just a reminder that during the holiday season is when there is an increase in suicides. Not everyone feels that they have much to be thankful for especially if they are in the midst of health challenges, financial trouble, or have suffered the loss of a loved one. But the truth is that sorrow and despair cannot destroy your thankfulness; it is your thankfulness in all things that destroys despair.
If you are reading this, be grateful that you have a computer with internet. How many children in other countries will never see a computer? Be grateful that you have vision. Consider your lot compared to a blind person. Be grateful that you will learn from mistakes, that you will strengthen from persecution, that you will grow over obstacles. Thank God for the people in your life.
